<p>We are hiring a Crew Foreman to lead a 6-10 man crew in post frame construction, framing, siding, roofing, and light concrete work.</p><p>This role is about production, leadership, and control of the job site. The crew must move fast and hit production targets. You are responsible for making that happen. You do not have to be the fastest framer on site, but you must know how to get the most out of your crew every day.</p><p>This position is for someone seasoned. Someone who has been through the field, understands the work, and is now focused on leading, teaching, and building people.</p><p><br></p><h3><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Lead and manage a 6-10 man crew on active job sites</li><li>Drive production and ensure daily and weekly output targets are met</li><li>Plan work ahead of time to eliminate slowdowns and inefficiencies</li><li>Conduct daily safety talks and enforce all safety standards</li><li>Execute and enforce lockout/tagout procedures where required</li><li>Anticipate problems before they happen and take action early</li><li>Train, coach, and develop younger crew members</li><li>Assign work clearly and track performance and skill development</li><li>Hold crew members accountable to their assigned tasks</li><li>Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and workflow</li><li>Coordinate materials, equipment, and job sequencing</li></ul><p><br></p><h3><strong>Leadership Expectations</strong></h3><ul><li>You lead with clarity and direction, not confusion</li><li>You develop people, not just complete tasks</li><li>You correct issues immediately, not later</li><li>You hold the line when standards are not met</li><li>If a crew member fails to perform, you address it and follow through with consequences</li></ul><p>This is not passive leadership.
