What You'll Do

• Create comprehensive cost estimates and material lists for upcoming projects using our project management systems
• Break down labor and material requirements for framing, exterior finishes, concrete, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interiors
• Collect and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitiveness
• Work closely with Sales Consultants to align proposals with client expectations
• Generate formal project documents and contracts from prebuilt templates
• Clearly document cost assumptions and scope details for smooth project hand-offs
• Refine estimating practices based on analysis of past projects

What You Bring

• Experience in construction estimating (especially post-frame or residential construction)
• Proficiency with estimating software such as JobTread, Smart Build, and Microsoft 365
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes
• Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Solid communication and negotiation skills
